The vineyards are located in the southern part of the Dniester River, in special areas for growing grapes on chernozem soils and gray forest soils. Biological methods are used to protect the vines, which almost rule out the presence of chemical fertilizers and herbicides.

At the beginning of the 19th century after the Russo-Turkish war, Emperor Alexander I invited 15 families of French origin to the village of Shabo in order to increase the growth of the economy in this region and the development of fruit growing. Among them was Louis Vincent Tardent, a botanist who came from a Swiss family. He was the one who revived fruit growing and led the group of the first migrants. Tardent was personally acquainted with A. S. Pushkin. Impressed by his wine, A. S. Pushkin wrote a poem entitled "Vinograd" (Grape) in 1824. In the 60s of the nineteenth century in the village of Sabo increased the number of grape plantations and the area of development of this branch expanded on the whole territory of Bessarabia, including the Purcari area. Akhermann, Purcari and Soldanesti were differentiated and are differentiated so far by a great variety of flora and fauna. It is easy to notice that nowadays there is the only ecological museum in Moldova.

At the end of the twentieth century, namely in 1998, work began on the elaboration of organic wine, which would have its character and would reflect the quality of the soil on which the grape grows. Talking to local farmers and agronomists, we remained looking for favorable slopes for growing grapes. Based on the history of Moldovan lands, we chose two lots in the village of Olanesti, Stefan Voda rayon of Purcari area. The first lot is called "Valea Sinodrei" by the locals, where the vines are 99 meters above sea level. The second lot is called "Togoi" by the locals, it impressed us with its slopes.

Outside the scientific bases, we relied on the popular legend, which says that qualitative vines must be grown on such a slope, from where the Dniester river can be seen from all the four sides. This was a very important factor in choosing the lots. The same goes for the variety of soil, the abundance of mineral salt and groundwater, which creates a favorable environment for growing vines.

The first 7 hectares from "Sinodrea Valley" were planted in early 2000. The specific basic criterion for differentiation is the density of grape planting. They were planted with a density of 5,000 bushes per hectare, while at that time the normal density of grape planting in Moldova was 2,200 bushes. It is worth mentioning that the volume of the harvest collected from 5000 bushes was the same as that on the plantation with normal density. What is the difference? In quality! Such a planting allows the stem to free itself from the excess bunch of the grape; due to this the bundle receives the energy of the soil and the sun in full measure.
